  • You need to install 2 important things before you install CyberPanel

    yum install wget nano -y

And then run the install commands. wget will help you download things to your VPS and nano will help you edit files (which might not be necessary now, but you may need it later)

After installing these two programs, you can re-run install commands.

  • Hi,
Thank you. Installed Successfully. However, Dashboard seems to be slow but WordPress speed is good.

Can I use it on production site?? Is it stable to use or need to wait?

  • Problems
    1. Ram using showing 41% on 2gb ram server.
    2. Slow Dashboard
    3. SFTP Not Working.
    4.

  • For SFTP you need to use your root logins.

  • Hi, Not able to see site list. Do i need to create FTP for all site??

I have also mentioned two more problems. Also, it is ready to use on production site??

  • I do not understand your question in the last reply.

However, you can use 1.6.0 in production, bugs are being patched as soon as they come and there aren't any major bugs reported since a month.

  • RAM issue might be just cached memory. See https://www.linuxatemyram.com/

  • Hi, Thank you.

But I am not able to see websites I have created when I log in using SFTP. Do i need to create FTP for every site??

  • There is no WEB folder where all sites will be listed. What if i need to edit WordPress file of 2 sites? Everytime i need to create FTP for each site?

    Your sites resides in

    /home

And document root for each domain is

    /home/example.com/public_html

You can also use Filemanager to edit files, making changes via SFTP may create issues with permissions later.

  • Thank you. found. Cyberpanel dashboard is very slow. It will take a lot of time to open a page.
