I Can't Transfer cPanel to CyberPanel

Hi, i downloaded my cpanel backup to a driectory then executed the cpanelimporter.py code from https://cyberpanel.net/docs/auto-import-cpanel-sites-to-cyberpanel/

then i got "ImportError: No module named settings" in the end. How can i transfer my cpanel websites to cyberpanel.

I'm using Google Cloud. Installed official CP from Google Cloud Marketplace.

CyberPanel Version: 1.8 Build 9 (i tried to update but didnt update)
