Remote transfer - nothing happens

I´m trying to transfer a website to another cyberpanel server. This is the only thing i get:

"Backup Process successfully started."

cat: /home/backup/transfer-5151/backup_log: No such file or directory

It´s stuck on this and wont transfer the account or any data

I have the same issue It used to work with older versions it must be a bug
