What is "Security Level" on Create New User page?
When creating a new user, what does "Security Level" do? I see no mention of this anywhere online, which seems odd. I did a Google search for:

If you set Security level to low, CyberPanel will skip check and you can use same cookie with multiple IPs.
For example you logged into CyberPanel and meanwhile your IP got changed and Security level is set to HIGH, you will not be able to access CyberPanel again because your session got invalidated due to IP change.
