I've tried to increase MarkupSafe module version in requirements.txt one at the time. When I've got to 0.19 command /usr/local/CyberPanel/bin/pip3 install --ignore-installed -r requirements.txt completes successfully.

Now I can confirm that CyberPanel itself work fine without CSF. On using cyberpanel to install it back, issue come back with exactly same errors. I'll compare both systems CSF configs later on to see if issue is in it's config.

From what you've provided the only thing I can deduct is you've high memory usage and nothing specific. How about you be more precise and provide process list that use that memory, cause this is useless
