It's a bug. Update CyberPanel with this shell

Reason was I hit my rate limit for letsencrypt. You can check your limit at https://tools.letsdebug.net/cert-search
There is a weekly limit of 5 issue. I happen to be trigger happy. Kept clicking on SSL hoping something will come out.

Yes. I guess each app uses different source of smtp.
The WordPress plugin (WP Mail SMTP) has a setting where I could enter my Mailgun API key.
